The current center could use some work.

The Zoning Bylaw does not allow for the capture, treatment, infiltration or disposal of stormwater runoff in the Conservancy District. We propose to enable engineers and developers to add appropriate stormwater systems, designed and implemented in accordance with the Massachusetts Stormwater Handbook.
